SPC has partnered with 16 esteemed educational institutions to offer bachelor's and master's degrees in disciplines including business, computer science, hospitality, pharmacy, and physician assistant. This is the first partnership center of its kind in Florida and only one of a handful nationwide. Individuals interested in pursuing these degrees can receive services through the office for Baccalaureate Programs and University Partnerships at the EpiCenter.

This partnership of premier colleges and universities with full-degree programs offered in Pinellas County includes: SPC, Florida International University, Saint Leo University, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Florida Institute of Technology, University of South Florida, Florida State University, University of Florida, Florida A & M University, Eckerd College, Barry University, Florida Gulf Coast University, University of Central Florida, Indiana University, Cleveland State University and Case Western Reserve University.
